Position Overview
As a Front Office Receptionist at Lai Yin, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable service. From check-in to check-out, you ensure every guest experience is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, and special requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
