Position Overview
As Sales Manager at Lai Yin, you connect clients with world-class hospitality experiences. Representing one of the most iconic luxury brands, you build meaningful relationships and create tailored solutions to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organisers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted market segments.
• Represent Lai Yin at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase our brand and offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing and revenue management objectives.
• Prepare customised proposals and presentations to meet client needs and highlight Lai Yin’s unique offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and identify opportunities.
• Provide regular sales performance updates, including progress reports and revenue insights.
